Things That Make You Love And Hate Fear

As soon as you're afraid, your mind and emotions don't agree with each other. Some people hide their heads because they're afraid. When other people are afraid, they want to do something. Don't let your fears rule your life, though. For many reasons, most people are afraid of death. One of the most important is that most people don't know what death is like.

Fear is caused by a repeat of a bad event from the past, which you then extrapolate into the future. Fears will get less and less of a hold of you the more you work toward your goals. Fear is our best friend when it comes to death. To get into the spiritual world, we have to let go of our bodies through death. A lot of people who live a life of fear and anxiety may not be able to get the things they want because they are afraid that they aren't good enough to get them or that they don't want to do the work that comes with them.

To be a help to others, we first need to think about what we have. Fear is a good thing because it stops people from doing things that could put them in harm's way without having the right training or instruction first.
