We've been in fight-or-flight mode for so long we don't know any different. Right when we think we might have a reprieve, something happens to set us back. Since we have no way of fighting Helios, we will be running, thank you very much.
We escaped the space station by the hair of our chinny chin, and now we have nowhere to go but to investigate the anomaly we saw in the Xiate System.
What could go wrong? Everything and more is what I'm betting. But we have to do something to keep us occupied.
Helios can't stop us from hoping and wishing something will be resolved in the end.
