Sixty Years After World War III...

Sixty years ago, genetically enhanced superhumans known as Díamonts incited World War III and sparked a new global order. In the decades that passed, two global superpowers have emerged: the United Western World, consisting of the Western Hemisphere, and the United Eastern World, a far-reaching entity encompassing the variety of nations and peoples in the Eastern Hemisphere. Despite the disparity in population, each nation balances the other and humanity has finally settled into an era of relative peace, but the nations aren't without their enemies. Within the United Eastern World, an underground revolution has a new leader who poses a serious threat for the first time in decades.

Raven, a government agent of the United Eastern World and a former revolutionary, is sent to locate the new leader but finds his old loyalties stirring as he reenters the slums of NeoLondon. Although he's been assigned to find the new leader threatening the United Eastern World and take them out, he begins to remembery why he fought against the bloated nation as a youth. He meets Nalia, a young woman with superhuman abilities who persuades him to rethink his mission and his past crimes. When he sides with her, however, he destabilizes the careful balance of political power between the competing world governments and another nuclear war seems imminent.

Together, Raven and Nalia must face the start of a new war, one threatening to end life on Earth forever, as they follow their twin paths in an unknown and unforgiving world.
