This book takes the master planning of ports such as the Beibu Gulf Port, Ningbo Zhoushan Port, and Zhenjiang Port as examples to actively explore and apply technical methods for implementing green development concepts in port master planning. Based on an investigation of the concepts, connotations, creation practices, and evaluation systems of green ports both domestically and internationally, the book proposes the concept and connotation of a green port based on the entire lifecycle. Focusing on key planning elements specified in the Content and Format of Port Master Planning issued by the Ministry of Transport in 2006-including assessment, shoreline use planning, and layout planning-the book presents planning approaches and key technical methods for implementing green development concepts, and distills these into the Guidelines for Implementing Green Development Concepts in Port Master Planning (Proposed Draft).

This book actively explores and systematically summarizes planning methods for implementing green development concepts in port master planning in the new era. The research findings also offer valuable insights for the development of port layout planning. 本书以北部湾港、宁波舟山港、镇江港等港口总体规划编制为例，对港口总体规划落实绿色发展理念的技术方法进行了积极探索和实践应用。在调研 外绿色港口概念、内涵、创建工作及评价体系的基础上，提出了基于全生命周期的绿色港口概念及内涵。针对2006年交通部印发的《港口总体规划编制内容及文本格式》中规定的评估、岸线利用规划、平面布置规划等重点规划内容，提出了落实绿色发展理念的规划思路和关键技术方法，提炼并形成了《港口总体规划落实绿色发展理念编写指南（建议稿）》。

本书对新时期港口总体规划落实绿色发展理念的规划方法进行了积极探索和系统总结，研究成果对于港口布局规划编制也有借鉴意义。书中提出的规划方法、案例及编制指南，可为港口规划和设计单位的专业技术人员，交通规划、港口海岸及近海工程等专业高校学生提供参考和借鉴。
