19 year old Lily was ecstatic to move halfway across the country to start her new life as a nursing assistant at a big city hospital. She thought her biggest problems would be finding an apartment and making new friends. Now that she's here, she's not so sure.

Her temporary accommodation in the condemned, century-old nurses' quarters is creepy, cold, and nearly always deserted. And making friends isn't going any better. Some of Lily's workmates seem nice enough - including the hot and intimidating surgeon who has taken a close interest in her - but they're all a bit busy to hang out with on weekends. Alex and Amber are around Lily's age, but there is something not quite right about them. It's obvious everyone knows more about Lily's dark past than they should, and Amber and Alex are hiding an outrageous secret of their own.
