This book, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance: Foundations, Regulatory Systems and GMP Implementation (BP606T), has been carefully prepared in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) for B.Pharm Sixth Semester students. The content specifically covers Unit I and Unit II of BP606T, presenting all prescribed topics in a clear, systematic, and student-friendly manner.
The primary objective of this book is to simplify complex quality assurance concepts using very simple academic English without compromising technical accuracy.
Each chapter is structured to build knowledge step by step, starting from basic quality concepts and progressing toward international guidelines, quality management systems, and practical aspects of GMP implementation such as personnel responsibilities, premises design, environmental control, equipment management, and raw material handling.
