In children with cerebral ischemia hemostasis changes consisted in decreased hemotocrit and hemoglobin levels, increased levels of ACTV and RFMC compared with the control group. The use of this model in the dynamics of the early neonatal period in premature infants can help justify the individual duration of vasopressor and hemostatic therapy to prevent the development of severe CP CNS.
