Nevels Girls

Early in their lives, Parker Thomas and Sarah Nevels had all the exuberance college sweethearts could have. Their relationship flourished, despite their different rearing, and the pair was passionately involved when their bond was interrupted. Sarah had become pregnant. She was just a sophomore, and Parker was a senior ready to embark on the business world. Sarah, confused, and yielding to a strong parental influence, severed the relationship with Parker and began an estrangement that not only took a father away from his daughter, but also deprived Sarah of the only love she had known. Now, twenty-eight years later, Parker, a successful businessman who has grown accustomed to being alone, has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer.
