The main purpose of this book is to provide a unified and systematic continuum approach to fundamental understanding of various Additive Manufacturing (AM) processes. AM is a revolution to the manufacturing sector. In effect, it reproduces the solid model in AM machine directly from 3D CAD software without any specific tooling or die.
