This volume is a collection of scholarly papers at the forefront of research in language, cognition, and artificial intelligence, aiming to illuminate the deep interconnections among these three fields from an interdisciplinary perspective. The book is organized into four main sections:

Language and AI investigates the modeling and processing of language by artificial intelligence, covering cutting-edge developments in natural language processing and large language models;

As an academic tribute marking the twentieth anniversary of the Center for the Study of Language and Cognition at Zhejiang University, this collection brings together the authors' representative work published in leading domestic and international journals and conference proceedings, with some articles revised and translated to reflect the latest thinking. The volume showcases innovative pathways at the intersection of multiple disciplines, offering valuable theoretical resources and practical insights for understanding the deep interaction between human intelligence and machine intelligence.
