Sie zeigen einen deutlichen Schwerpunkt in der Begrifflichkeit einer "Institutionellen Evolution": Einrichtungen des Rechts entfalten sich in grundsätzlichen Strukturen.§Am Ende stehen zusammenfassende Ergebnisse von Untersuchungen des Autors aus den letzten Jahren, vor allem zur Demokratie und deren Staatsgewalten. In vielfältigen Themenbereichen des Öffentlichen Rechts werden hier die Grundfragen einer Allgemeinen Staatslehre deutlich.
