Imported

Lachlan Reid skated out of Bondi, survived Minnesota juniors, and finally earned NHL ice in rainy Seattle. The American media wants a charming Aussie soundbite. Lach wants minutes, a quiet apartment, and nobody digging into the family he left halfway around the world.

Ella Brooks puts broken hockey players back together for a living. She does not date them. She does not fake-date them. And she definitely does not agree to smile on a charity calendar because the front office needs their new winger to look "approachable."

One sponsor dinner becomes a rumor. One rumor becomes a strategy. Suddenly Ella is on Lach's arm at galas, in his hotel suites on the road, and under his skin in ways that have nothing to do with his strained hip flexor.

Fake is easy until it isn't. Until a hit into the boards puts Lach's season-and Ella's professional line-on the line. Until home starts sounding less like Australia and more like the woman who keeps telling him she's only doing her job.

Imported is a steamy standalone hockey romance with dual POV, an Aussie hero, forced proximity, fake dating, and a happily ever after. Book one in the Rain City Hockey series.
