Flirting With Adventure

Breakups are the worst. Zinzi has had her fair share of them. But having a half-Satyr reveal he was using her as his 'fat fem' experiment for two moons might take the cake. Rather than mourning her situationship, Zinzi dries her tears and treats herself to a solo date at the local tavern. Everything goes to plan until a handsome, human warrior, Marquis of Harenae, offers to buy her a pint of mead.

Marquis is a warrior by trade. Well, he used to be until an untimely freeze-up resulted in the grave injury of a key member of his tribe. And Marquis would be damned if he let his honor remain smeared, so he left for the Hero's Journey off the coast of Myrtales. What he wasn't banking on was meeting an alluring faerie with curves of a goddess that made him want to rethink his last night of civilization.

In just a few hours, Zinzi and Marquis are marinated in mead and formulating plans to embark on a quest to make the most of Marquis's final reprieve. A lot can happen in one night. Can this unlikely duo complete their quest unscathed and remain strangers?
