Thus, a manager should investigate their employees' level of satisfaction, which can signal whether there is commitment from their workers. Human resources are undoubtedly the most important resources in an organization. The very existence of an organization will be at stake without the efficient human resources, its goal remains unattainable unless its human resources are motivated, satisfied and are committed to the organization.
