Economic freedom of the individual, protection or social responsibility

Individual economic freedom is considered a fundamental driver of economic growth in society by creating an environment of incentives, innovation and efficiency that benefits the whole. It is based on the premise that when individuals are free to make their own economic decisions (work, produce, consume and invest) within a sound legal framework, it creates an environment conducive to overall prosperity. Our proposal consists of allowing workers unlimited access, whenever they wish, to a partial or total amount of their savings as of the date of individual capitalization in the Pension Savings Fund Administrators (AFAP's), if they are included in the mixed social security regime, which implies a part of individual capitalization in defined accounts in these private institutions and that this amount is also supposed to be available, as in the case of a person who dies and passes to his or her estate and is collected by his or her relatives in cash, in the event that a pension is not granted. The money saved by a worker should be for his personal use and not for the State.
