After discovering a life-altering betrayal, Nova Tershetta has found herself with no family and no allies-apart from one. Running was a rash decision, the likes of which she never makes, and now she must face the consequences. As Dajahim teeters on the brink of civil war amidst the building purist agenda and growing rebellion, Nova will be pushed to the edge of her limits and forced to finally choose which side of herself she will fight for, all while Azazel Altair stands at her side. Yet, the enemy she will have to trust harbors secrets of his own, and the rebels have left his hands tied. Even amongst the pain and struggle, the stars eagerly await their promised chaos. If Nova and Azazel don't provide it, then the almighty rulers above will create it themselves.
