Forced into the new First Lady role of the Shady Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Leah Westchester-Jackson becomes stamped out of her true gifts and passions. This leaves Leah experiencing a fake identity, as she reluctantly attempts to appease her father and husband. Already the victim of family drama such as sibling rivalry, favoritism, colorism, and a lack of maternal bonding, Leah loses a sense of restraint when her heart becomes shattered into millions of pieces from the chaos of betrayal, legalism, and hypocrisy.
