Æfinrúnar

This special edition of Æfinrúnar I is here placed as the second volume within the Sedian Doctrine Series.

Aldrrúnar-"Runes of the Ages"-is a sacred narrative of the Sedian faith, presenting the complete mythic history of the cosmos from the first moment of creation to the final renewal of the world. Drawing from the ancient sources of the Germanic tradition and organized through the Epic Method of reconstruction, this work restores the grand sacred epic once known to the ancestors of the North.

Beginning with the primordial void of Ginnungagap, the book unfolds the chronological saga of the Gods, the formation of the worlds, the deeds of the Æsir and Vanir, the rise of heroes and monsters, and the unfolding destiny that leads ultimately to Ragnarǫkr and the rebirth of the cosmos. Each episode forms part of a continuous chain of sacred lore, reflecting the ancient understanding that the myths of the North were not isolated stories but chapters within a unified epic tradition.

More than a study of mythology, Aldrrúnar serves as a foundational religious text within the Sedian tradition. It presents the sacred narrative through which practitioners understand the nature of the Gods, the structure of the universe, and the divine order governing fate and existence. By restoring the epic framework of the ancient lore, the book provides both scholars and adherents with a coherent vision of the Northern religious worldview.

Inside this volume you will encounter:

• The creation of the cosmos and the emergence of the worlds.
• The great World-Tree Yggdrasill and the structure of the Nine Realms.
• The origins and deeds of the gods and primeval beings.
• The unfolding ages of the cosmos from the earliest times to the Wolf Age.
• The events leading to Ragnarǫkr and the renewal of the world.

Compiled through extensive comparative research into Old Norse literature, skaldic poetry, sagas, and Indo-European tradition, Aldrrúnar represents a monumental reconstruction of the sacred epic that once formed the heart of the Northern religion.

For followers of the Sedian path, it stands as the narrative backbone of the faith-the story of the Gods, the ages of the world, and the destiny of all things.

This volume is black and white.
