A Christmas Star

A Christmas Star: Bilingual Italian-English Christmas Stories for Kids is the first book in a unique 52-story reading system designed to help children learn Italian naturally through stories.

Set in Italy at the beginning of December, these four gentle, connected stories follow Anna as the Christmas season slowly comes to life around her. There are lights appearing in the windows, homemade Christmas baking, an old red box with a special family memory inside, and a mischievous cat who discovers a perfect hiding place beneath the nativity scene.

Written for young Italian learners at pre-intermediate A2 level, the stories use clear, natural language, familiar vocabulary and plenty of repetition, while gradually introducing new words and slightly more complex sentences from story to story.

Warm, playful and rooted in everyday Italian life and authentic Italian storytelling traditions, A Christmas Star: Bilingual Italian-English Christmas Stories for Kids lets children experience Christmas through homes, families, food, neighbourhoods and small moments of discovery.

Part of the 52 Story Method, the series takes children on a carefully structured language learning journey, with vocabulary and language gradually developing across 52 connected reading experiences.
