PURE COMFORT was written by Michael Allan Spencley. The author has had an extensive career as a senior executive with several companies which afforded him the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the world. Spencley, who is a self-confessed foodie and wine enthusiast, took the time to investigate the best of food and wine in each region of the world that he travelled to.
