Parenting Without Panic

Sometimes it comes through a breaking-news alert while you're making breakfast. Sometimes it follows a late-night search about your child's health, safety, school, or future. One article becomes five. One troubling post becomes a long scroll. Soon your body is tired, but your mind is still gathering evidence for every possible disaster. God does not ask you to ignore real concerns. He invites you to place them under His care. Isaiah connects peace with a mind that is "e;stayed"e; on God. That doesn't mean you never notice danger or ask wise questions. It means fear is no longer allowed to choose what receives your full attention. A mind fixed on God can still make a doctor's appointment, read school information, check the weather, or discuss a family concern. The difference is where you begin and where you return. You gather information as a servant of wisdom, not as a prisoner of panic.
