Isadora follows up on the suggestion to seek out an Immortal to the north-east of Egypt and travels to China, looking for a monk who might have forgotten to die over the centuries. Will her long travel through the Altai mountain range gain her the additional powers she seeks or will it be all for nought?Again, bodies are disappearing, but this time directly from the graveyards. Is there another amateur necromancer digging into things better left underground or is there another reason for the disappearance of the bodies? Isadora wants to make sure no such thing as the body cathedral will ever happen again, so she goes in to investigate — and team up with Witch Hunter when it becomes obvious there's more to it than just disappearing bodies.It starts out harmlessly enough with a shopping run, both for Isadora and her little friend Yin. After Isadora has given in to curiosity and decided to see what the League of Heroes is doing in the area where she gets Yin his blood, she soon regrets it when it becomes obvious that the heroes don't know what they're doing and everyone might be in mortal danger from a creature which should never have woken up.
