Dr Christopher Walker is back in his fourth adventure, this time in the Blue Mountains near Sydney, Australia. Under the cover of thick fog, a man is thrown off the cliff at Echo Point while the Western Meadows crowd are staying at a nearby hotel for a team building weekend. It seems that someone from the hotel must be the murderer. Walker's childhood friend, Detective Barry Darling, is assigned to another murder involving the doctors and nurses from Western Meadows! The cancer team are short staffed and have had to hire from all over the world - doctor's from Netherlands, Switzerland and Brisbane as well as a clueless French medical student.
